Clarinbridge Heritage

From 6-14th September 2014, an exhibition of local photos and objects telling the story of the Clarinbridge Oyster and Oyster Festival will be mounted in Clarinbridge House windows and in Paddy Burke’s Festival Marquee to celebrate 60 years of the Oyster Festival and many more years of ‘oystering know-how’.

There will be demonstrations of dredge-net weaving and rope splicing by local fishermen at Market Day (6th Sept) and the Oyster Festival Family Fun Day (13th Sept).
