CD: And at Christmas time, what would you eat for the Christmas dinner?

PM: What?

CD: For the Christmas dinner, when you were a young lad, what would you eat for the dinner?

PM: We’d go to Lake View House alright

CD: Would you have a turkey?

PM: No, we’d go to Lake View House for the dinner

CD: Ah, right

PM: Out to Rita

CD: And what would Rita cook for ye?

PM: She’d have a turkey

CD: Lovely

PM: Our chef and Michael [inaudible] would be there and …

CD: And what else would you have with the turkey?

PM: What?

CD: Would you have nice dessert?

PM: I would, Clare

CD: A bit of Christmas Pudding or something?

PM: Christmas Pudding, Clare, yeah

CD: Very nice

PM: Yeah

CD: And the bit of Christmas Cake

PM: Yeah, a bit of Christmas Cake

CD: And a bit of custard maybe?

PM: A bit of custard, Clare, yeah
