CD: What’s your favourite food? What’s the best thing to eat?

MM: Ah, chicken! Chicken!

CD: You like chicken?

MM: I do

MM: I heard that… we do have turnips and have chicken an odd time and we go shopping and ask you “what do you want?”, put it down on a …

CD: Ah, that’s very nice, that’s very handy

MM: That’s what they do now

CD: So, you can get whatever you like then at the shop?

MM: Yeah

CD: And do you remember when you were a young fella what you used eat for the Christmas dinner?

MM: Oh ah…turkey! Turkey!

CD: And would you buy that at the shop or would you have it at home?

MM: Have it at home, you’d have to buy it…Supervalu! I know a man called Jimmy and he’d order it for us
