Killimor Heritage Website focuses on the many interesting areas in the townlands and traces ownership of the land back to 1641. We deal with the history of roads, bridges, drainage and mills. Houses and estates of prestigious families are highlighted, as is the history of churches and cemeteries. Sites of hedge schools, the first national school in the parish, the old community hall and various business premises are pin-pointed.

If you have memories of a particular person, school, church, business or trade, or anything else of interest on your street, or in your townland, Killimor Heritage would be delighted to hear from you. Contact us at killimorheritage@gmail.com
