I’m curious. From which Royal Baking Powder cookbook did this come, and in what year was it published. The format (ingredients in italics) is unlike anything published by RBP in the United States. Is this a British publication? I ask because a number of ingredient measurements are given in ‘gills,’ a unit not generally used in the United States after 1900 or so (this likely dates from the 1920’s I would guess). Thank you for posting this. Very interesting.
