Thomas Higgins MP

Thomas Higgins was an Irish nationalist politician, auctioneer, and farmer. He was chairman of Tuam Board of Guardians, a Justice of the Peace, and a member of Galway County Council. He was president of the North Galway branch of the United Irish league and elected as an MP for North Galway.
