Thug an Dr. Christy Cunniffe, seandálaí agus comhairleoir oidhreachta, ceardlann do leanaí Ghaelscoil Riabhach, Baile Locha Riach, faoi Bhaile Locha Riach sa mheánaois, agus d’oibrigh an t-ealaíontóir Teresa Ward leis na mic léinn chun an obair ealaíne don leabhrán a chruthú.  D’oibrigh Garry Kelly, as GK Media leis na leanaí chun na podchraoltaí a fhorbairt agus a chruthú. Rinne Antoinette Lydon agus Dave Collins as Oidhreacht Uachtar Aird na podchraoltaí a thrascríobh agus rinne Europus aistriúchán orthu. Larry Morgan Photography a chuir na grianghraif ar fáil don leabhrán agus don láithreán gréasáin. Damien Goodfellow, dearthóir grafaicí, a dhear an leabhrán. Michelle Mitchell, Féile Mheánaoiseach Bhaile Locha Riach agus Marie Mannion, Oifigeach Oidhreachta, Comhairle Chontae na Gaillimhe, a bhí ina gcomhordaitheoirí tionscadail agus a rinne eagarthóireacht ar an leabhrán. ‘Loughrea Medieval Memory Map & Trail: For Kids by Kids’ is a series of audio interviews which give an insight into the rich medieval heritage of Loughrea from a children’s perspective.
Archaeologist and heritage consultant Dr. Christy Cunniffe gave the children from Gaelscoil Riabhach, Baile Locha Riach a workshop on medieval Loughrea, while artist Teresa Ward worked with the students to create the artwork for the booklet.  Garry Kelly, GK Media worked with the children on developing and creating the podcasts. Antoinette Lydon and Dave Collins, Oughterard Heritage transcribed the podcasts and Europus undertook the translations of the podcasts. Larry Morgan Photography provided the photographs for the booklet and website. Damien Goodfellow, Graphic Designer designed the booklet. Michelle Mitchell, Loughrea Medieval Festival and Marie Mannion, Heritage Officer, Galway County Council were project co-ordinators and edited the booklet. Administrative Support was provided by Gráinne Smyth and Marian Donohue, Galway County Council.
This project was commissioned by Loughrea Medieval Festival, The Heritage Council and Galway County Council.  Funded by the Heritage Council, Galway County Council and Irish Walled Towns Network (IWTN).
