There are a wide range of walls in the region. It is such a pity that so many are falling into a state of bad repair due to lack of maintenance. Unfortunately, there are scant financial incentives allocated by Government or State Agencies to encourage and support the farming community to maintain and preserve the walls for the many benefits that they provide.
