CD: And did you ever make black pudding?

PM: No, I didn’t no

CD: No, do you like to eat it, do you?

PM: I had it yesterday for breakfast, I went down to pub, they serve the black pudding, I was there for breakfast

CD: You had a bit of a fry, did you?

PM: I had breakfast down in that pub, you see, down there

CD: And what did you have with the black pudding?

PM: Two rashers, two egg and two sausages

CD: Oh, very nice

PM: I went down there in the pub…

CD: Did you ever eat duck eggs?

PM: I have one duck egg at home I the house, Clare

CD: Are they nice?

PM: They are. I have one duck egg in the house, in the house, Nicola put it in for me, Nicola…

CD: And some people don’t like the taste of them. They are a biteen strong?

PM: They be strong, Clare, but there alright
