CD: And do you ever remember having the Station sin your house?

MM: I do

CD: That was a special occasion?

MM: It was a special occasion

CD: There was special food then for the visitors

MM: That’s right. They used to always be brought into the sitting room and we used to give breakfast…the mass would be on in the morning and all the people who came to the Stations would go into the living room and sit around the table and do have a meal with the priest as well

CD: And that was the good room?

MM: It was

CD: And would the priest get special food that you wouldn’t be allowed to eat?

MM: He’d be brought in on his own like and he used to get…I don’t know what he used to get but…

CD: But he got fed first anyway

MM: Yes, that’s right

CD: He was one of the special visitors
