Local historian, Kathleen Villiers-Tuthill, talks about the history of the Town Quay, designed by Scottish engineer Alexander Nimmo (1783–1832) and Count Paweł Edmund Strzeleck who helped so many during the Great Irish Famine (1845 – 1852).
