Killimor Heritage Group

Welcome to Killimor Heritage on the Galway County Heritage Office website.

Killimor Parish is situated in East Galway in the West of Ireland. The parish consists of forty six townlands and the town of Killimor which is on the N65 between Portumna and Loughrea.

Through our own  website we hope to highlight the story of the parish down through the centuries. A wealth of research has been carried out over the past ten years resulting in the publication of Killimor Our Parish and Our People by Killimor & District Development Society, Killimor, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, Ireland.
