Lies in the North of this parish in the Barony of Killian, bounded in this parish in said Barony by Cloonshee Rochfort, Eskermore, part of Loonaghton Kelly and Castle Ffrench East townlands, by Clooncannon Kelly in the barony of Cloonmacnon, by Castle Ffrench West in the Barony of Kilconnel and in Taughboy parish and Killian Barony by Mucklin Caltraduff and Killaderry.

Plot 2a: Patrick Laughnan [sic] leased a house, offices and part of 13 acres and 5 perches of land (shared with Thomas Tully (Plot 2b)) for which he paid £5 for his share of the land and 12s for the buildings.

Plot 2b: Thomas Tully leased a house, office and part of 13 acres and 5 perches of land (shared with Patrick Laughnan [sic] (Plot 2a)) for which he paid £5 for his shared of the land and 10s for the buildings.

Plot 3A: Thomas Forde leased 2 acres, 1 rood and 37 perches of land for 8s.

Plot 3B: Thomas Forde leased 2 roods and 26 perches of land for 2s.

Plot 4Aa: William Nolan paid 8s for a house and offices and leased a share of 3 acres, 2 roods and 38 perches of land (shared with Mary Blake (plot 4Ab)) for which they paid 14s between them.

Plot 4Ab: Mary Blake leased a house and a share of 3 acres, 2 roods and 38 perches of land (shared with William Nolan (plot 4Aa)) for which they paid 14s between them. Mary paid 4s for the house.

Plot 4B: William Nolan and Mary Blake jointly leased 2 roods and 22 perches of land for which they paid 2s between them.
