The Cathaoirleach’s Community Awards 2018 for Galway County (previously the County Mayors Awards) will take place on May 31st, 2018 in Clifden.
We are now seeking nominations for 9 categories:
1. Environmental Award
2. Sports Award
3. Arts & Culture Award
4. Heritage Publication Award
5. Best Contribution to Heritage Award
6. Best Contribution to the Irish Language
7. Social Inclusion Award
8. Community facilities Award
9. Volunteer of the Year Award

Closing Date for receiving nomination forms is 4.00pm Thursday 3rd May, 2018.
Winners will be presented with a prestigious award from the Cathaoirleach and a prize of €500 at an Awards Ceremony on the evening of May 31st, Clifden Station House Hotel, Clifden.
