Situation:

Lies in the West of this parish in the barony of Kilconnel, is bounded by Boolabaun, Clonbrock, Keelogues and Bonnavaun townlands in said Barony, by Creggaun Dillon in the Barony of Killian and by Clooncannon Kelly and Kilglass in the barony of Cloonmacnoon.

Plot 3: John Downey paid £6 10s for 12 acres, 3 roods and 8 perches of land and £1 for a house and offices.

Plot 4A: Michael Connolly leased 2 acres, 1 rood and 17 perches of land for £1.

Plot 4B:  Michael Connolly leased a house and office with 5 acres, 1 rood and 38 perches of land for which he paid £3 for the land and 15s for the buildings annually.

Plot 5: John Gordon paid £3 10s for 6 acres, 2 roods and 12 perches of land and 15s for a house and office.

Plot 6A: Patrick Kelly leased a house and offices with 6 acres, 3 roods and 34 perches of land for which he paid £3 15s for the land and £1 5s for the buildings.

Plot 6B: Patrick Kelly paid £2 5s for 4 acres, 2 roods and 36 perches of land.

Plot 7: Andrew Murphy leased a house and offices and 7 acres, 3 roods and 17 perches of land for £3 15s for the land and £1 5s for the buildings.

Plot 8: James Kelly, Denis Kelly and Patrick Tarney [sic] jointly leased 9 acres, 2 roods and 26 perches of land for £3 15s.

Plot 9A: James Kelly leased 1 acre, 2 roods and 5 perches of land for 15s.

Plot 9C: James Kelly leased a house and office with 2 acres, 2 roods and 30 perches of land for £1 5s for the land and 15s for the buildings.

Plot 10A: Patrick Tarney [sic] leased 1 acre and 5 perches of land for 10s.

Plot 10B: Patrick Tarney [sic] paid 8s for 2 roods and 32 perches of land.

Plot 11: Honoria Kelly leased a house with 1 acre and 24 perches of land for 10s for the land and 5s for the house.
