Situation:

Is situated in a central part of this parish in the Barony of Cloonmacnoon, is bounded by Curnamuckla, Kilglass, Clooncannon Kelly and Cloonshee Rochfort in Cloonmacnoon Barony and by Cloonshee Rochfort and Clonshee South in the Barony of Killian. It is about 2 miles North of Ahascragh.

Plot 1Ab: Patrick Meskill [sic] leased 3 acres, 2 roods and 10 perches for £1 5s.

Plot 1b: Patrick Meskill [sic] had a vacant house and office that had an annual ratable valuation of £1 15s.

Plot 2a: John Burns leased a house with 5 acres and 1 rood of land for £2 15s for the land and 15s for the house.

Plot 2b: Michael Kelly leased a house with 1 rood and 26 perches of land for 6s for the land and 12s for the house.

Plot 3: John Kelly paid £4 for 8 acres of land and £1 5s for a house and office annually.

Plot 4a: John Breslane [sic] paid £3 8s for 7 acres, 1 rood and 35 perches of land and £1 for a house and office.

Plot 5: John Jennings leased a house with 1 acre and 5 perches of land for £4 5s for the land and £1 for the house.

Plot 6: Edward Lennon paid £1 4s for 3 acres and 1 rood of land.

Plot 7e: Patrick White leased a house and offices on jointly leased land of 54 acres 2 roods and 30 perches for £5 18s for his share of the land and £1 15s for the buildings.

Plot 9b: Patrick Nowlan [sic] paid 5s for a garden of 1 rood and 12 perches and £1 for a house.

Plot 10: Michael Raftery leased a house and offices on 6 acres, 2 roods and 35 perches of land for £4 7s for the land and £1 5s for the buildings.

Plot 11: Bryan Finnerty leased a house and offices with 71 acres, 2 roods and 16 perches of land for £28 for the land and £5 for the buildings annually.

Plot 12A: Patrick Finnerty leased a house and offices on 2 acres, 3 roods and 10 perches of land for 18s for the land and 18s for the buildings.

Plot 12B: Patrick Finnerty paid 13s for 1 acre, 3 roods and 15 perches of land.

Plot 13A: Thomas Barrett leased a house and office on 1 acre and 3 roods of land for 12s for the land and £1 for the buildings.

Plot 13B: Thomas Barrett paid 18s for 2 acres, 2 roods and 10 perches of land.

Plot 14A: John Breslane [sic] leased a house and office and 1 acre, 2 roods and 10 perches of land for 10s for the land and £1 for the buildings.

Plot 14B: John Breslane [sic] paid £1 7s for 3 acres, 2 roods and 30 perches of land.

Plot 15: There were 14 tenants that jointly leased 77 acres, 1 rood and 26 perches of land. Patrick Meskill [sic], Bryan Breslane [sic], John Jennings, Peter Barrett, Patrick Naughton, Francis Sheridan and Bryan Kelly each paid £1 8s annually for their share. Thomas Connor and John Nowlan [sic]paid 10s for their share, Patrick White, Michael Raftery and John Breslane [sic] each paid 19s for their share. Patrick Finnerty paid 14s and Lord Clonbrock had, in fee, a share for £2 20s.
