Contains a. r. p. (327 acres, 1 rood and 28 perches), 2/3 of which is bog, and about 25 acres of wood, the remainder arable and pasture. It is the property of Lord Ffrench held by deed for ever. The County Cess is included with Castle Ffrench East.

Lies in the N. West of the parish in the barony of Kilconnel is bounded in this parish by Killeen townland in said Barony and by Castle Ffrench East in the Barony of Killian and in Killosolan Parish by Ballyvoneen and Castle Ffrench townlands in Kilconnel Barony.
