LETTERFRACK, a village in Bllinakill parish, Connemra, barony of Ballynahinch, co. Galway, head of petty sessional district, Renvyle dispensary district, in Clifden union, Protestant and Catholic diocese of Tuam, 6 miles notrh-east from Clifden, in the neighbourhood of the ‘’Twelve Pins’’ mountains. The area comprises 1,239 acres; the population in 1891 was 294.
